Rates are based on the complexity of the project and the turnaround time. In general, rates range from $4.50 to $6.00 per indexable page.

I am flexible and understand the demands of book publishing.  Editorial changes are sometimes made to the manuscript after the index has been submitted. I am happy to work with the editor and to revise the index where necessary.  When these changes are minor in nature, I do not charge for the additional time.
